RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@sophiyanaloka.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, it will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note:
- Fees for live sessions are non-refundable once the session has commenced or been attended, either partially or fully. Refunds are possible only for cancellations prior to the start of the session or if the session is cancelled by us.
- Refunds for internship-based training are permitted only if requested prior to program commencement. Once the training begins, fees are non-refundable except in case of our failure to deliver the promised services.
- Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, streamed, or downloaded. Refunds may be issued if the digital product is defective and cannot be replaced.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Customised and personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Digital artworks are non-refundable once accessed. Physical artworks may be returned only if damaged in transit or incorrect, with photo proof required.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect patterns of abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will apply only to future purchases.
