This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for products and services purchased through sophiyanaloka.com.

By purchasing any product or service from Sophiyana Loka, you agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days after approval, subject to banking and payment provider timelines.

  1. ONLINE LIVE COURSES

Before Course Commencement

Customers who cancel their enrollment at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled course start date are eligible for an 80% refund of the course fee. The remaining 20% covers administrative and payment processing costs.

Within 7 Days of Course Start

Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

After Course Commencement

Once a course has started, no refunds will be provided for:

• Partial attendance

• Missed sessions

• Scheduling conflicts

• Change of mind

• Failure to participate

Where recordings are provided, access to recordings does not create additional refund eligibility.

  1. PRE-RECORDED COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales of:

• Pre-recorded courses

• Downloadable resources

• Workbooks

• Templates

• Guides

• Digital educational materials

are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds may be provided only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payments

• Incorrect charges

• Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be reasonably resolved by our support team

  1. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SERVICES

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellation

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a completed session and is non-refundable.

Coaching Packages

Refund requests for unused sessions within a coaching package will be evaluated based on sessions already delivered. Any approved refund will exclude the value of completed sessions and applicable administrative charges.

  1. THERAPY SERVICES

Completed therapy sessions are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or missed without notice are not eligible for a refund.

For therapy packages, refunds may be available for unused sessions after deducting the value of services already provided.

  1. WORKSHOPS, WEBINARS, MASTERCLASSES, AND EVENTS

Participant Cancellation

Customers who cancel at least 7 calendar days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

After Attendance

No refunds will be provided after attendance at any workshop, webinar, masterclass, or event.

Failure to Attend

Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.

  1. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Membership and subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

Access to services will continue until the end of the active subscription period unless otherwise stated.

  1. CANCELLATION BY SOPHIYANA LOKA

If Sophiyana Loka cancels a course, coaching session, therapy appointment, workshop, webinar, or event, affected customers may receive one of the following:

• Rescheduled service

• Service credit

• Alternative access

• Full refund

The appropriate option will be communicated directly to affected customers.

  1. TECHNICAL ISSUES

Customers experiencing technical difficulties should contact support immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access-related issues before considering a refund request.

Refunds will not be issued for problems arising from:

• Customer devices

• Internet connectivity issues

• Unsupported browsers

• Failure to meet required technical specifications

  1. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In exceptional situations not covered by this policy, refund requests may be reviewed individually and in accordance with applicable laws and business considerations.

  1. PROCESSING OF APPROVED REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment processor.
